Ian C. Roberts

Ian C. Roberts is an attorney in the Columbia, South Carolina office of Crawford & von Keller, LLC. Ian’s practice focuses on collections, landlord-tenant matters, foreclosure, and related litigation. In addition, he maintains an active entertainment law practice, representing artists, songwriters, and creative professionals in a variety of transactional and business matters.

Ian brings a broad background in civil litigation and community association law, which allows him to offer practical, results-oriented advice to clients across multiple industries. Before joining Crawford & von Keller, Ian gained extensive experience advising contractors, property managers/boards, real estate professionals, and business owners in both transaction and dispute settings.

A Virginia native, Ian earned his Bachelor of Arts from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) and his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he also completed the Sports and Entertainment Law certificate program.

Ian currently resides in neighboring Cayce, South Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
