Roman A. Dodd, J.D., LL.M

Roman A. Dodd is an attorney in our Columbia, South Carolina office. Roman’s practice is focused on estate planning, probate administration, businesses, and non-profits. Roman prides himself on tailoring creative solutions to meet the unique needs of each client while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Roman earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and his J.D. (cum laude) and Tax LL.M. from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school Roman received Cali/Book Awards for Commercial Law, International Taxation, and Partnership Taxation, served as an Editor for the International & Comparative Law Review, received the Dean’s Scholarship for highest LL.M. GPA, and served as Research Assistant for Professor of Law Emeritus and Dean’s Distinguished Scholar for the Profession Emeritus, Elliott Manning.

Roman lives in Lexington with his two sons and is an avid sports fan.
